House Rules
These House Rules are intended to provide a comfortable, safe and respectful stay for all
Rouans guests.
Effective Date: August 2026
Check-in and Check-out
● Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
● Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
● Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval and are subject to availability.
● Additional charges may apply where communicated and agreed in advance.
Guest Identification
Guests must provide valid identification and registration information where required.
Accepted identification may include a National ID, Iqama or passport.
Registered Guests and Visitors
The number of overnight guests must not exceed the permitted occupancy of the booked
accommodation.
Unauthorized persons may not stay overnight.
Visitors are subject to property rules, management approval where required, occupancy
limitations and applicable laws.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Rouans accommodations and indoor areas.
Guests who wish to smoke must use the designated smoking area.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at Rouans.
Noise and Conduct
Guests must respect the comfort, privacy and safety of other guests, residents and staff.
Excessive noise or unreasonable disturbance is prohibited.
Safety
Guests must not:
● Interfere with fire alarms or smoke detectors
● Tamper with security or smart-access systems
● Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
● Engage in illegal or unsafe activity
● Intentionally or recklessly damage the property
Care of the Accommodation
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the accommodation, furniture, appliances,
equipment, linen, access systems and other provided items.
Guests may be responsible for damage, loss or properly chargeable costs caused by
themselves, members of their booking party or approved visitors.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping service is available upon request during the stay.
Fresh towels are provided daily.
Bed linen is refreshed every three days, with additional linen changes available upon request.
Parking
Guests must follow the parking arrangements applicable to their booked accommodation and
comply with property instructions and applicable parking restrictions.
