Self Check-in Information
Rouans provides digital self check-in through the Smarvio smart-access system.
Effective Date: August 2026
Before Arrival
Access instructions and arrival information will be sent through the confirmed communication
details associated with the reservation.
Guests should ensure that their telephone number, WhatsApp number and email address are
accurate and accessible before arrival.
Guest Verification
Rouans may require guest identification or verification before digital access is activated.
Guests should complete any requested registration or verification requirements before arrival to
avoid delays.
Check-in Time
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Receiving an access code, link or other digital credential does not authorize entry before the
confirmed check-in time unless early check-in has been expressly approved.
Access Credentials
Access information is provided only for:
● The confirmed accommodation
● Registered guests
● The confirmed reservation period
Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Access Assistance
The Guest Experience Team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for general reservation
and guest assistance.
Guests currently staying at Rouans may use the designated guest-support channel outside
these hours for urgent stay or access assistance.
