Rates and Charges
The applicable accommodation rate, taxes, fees and other charges will be displayed during the
booking process before the reservation is confirmed.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the total amount and applicable payment conditions before
completing their reservation.
Payment Requirements
Payment and booking-guarantee requirements depend on the selected rate.
Depending on the reservation, Rouans may require:
● Full payment
● Partial payment
● Payment authorization
● Another booking guarantee
Only payment methods displayed as available during the booking process should be considered
accepted.
Pay at Property
Where pay at property is available, this option will be clearly displayed in the applicable
booking conditions.
Availability of this option may vary by reservation or selected rate.
Payment Failure
If a required payment or authorization is not completed successfully, the reservation may remain
unconfirmed or may be cancelled according to the conditions presented during booking.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and charges will be shown in the final booking summary before
confirmation.
Security Deposit
Rouans does not currently require a standard security or damage deposit.
The absence of a deposit does not remove the guest’s responsibility for damage, loss, missing
items or other properly chargeable costs arising during the stay.
Payment Security
Guests should use only the official payment methods and booking channels provided by
Rouans.
Guests should not send complete card information through ordinary email, messaging or other
unsecured communication channels.
