Primary Guest
The primary guest completing the reservation and check-in must have the legal capacity
required under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to
enter into the reservation.
Children
Children staying at Rouans form part of the total occupancy of the booked accommodation and
must be included in the reservation where required by the booking process.
Parents, guardians or accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision and conduct of
children during the stay.
Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is determined by the booked accommodation category and the confirmed
reservation.
The total number of overnight guests must not exceed the permitted occupancy shown for that
reservation.
Additional Guests
Unauthorized persons may not stay overnight in the accommodation.
Any request to add guests is subject to:

● Accommodation availability
● Reservation conditions
● Applicable guest-registration requirements
Visitors
Visitors are subject to Rouans’ visitor rules, management approval where required, occupancy
limitations and applicable laws and regulations.
