Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate and booking option selected by the guest.
Before completing a reservation, guests will be shown the applicable:
● Cancellation deadline
● Cancellation charge, if any
● Refund eligibility
● No-show conditions
● Modification conditions
The conditions shown during booking and in the booking confirmation apply to that reservation.
Non-Refundable and Special Rates
Certain promotional, discounted, special or non-refundable rates may have more restrictive
cancellation or modification conditions.
Guests should review the selected rate carefully before confirming a reservation.
Booking Modifications
Requests to change:
● Stay dates
● Accommodation category
● Number of guests
● Other reservation details
are subject to availability and the conditions of the selected rate.
A modification is confirmed only after it has been approved by Rouans or confirmed through the
relevant booking channel.
No-Show
A reservation may be considered a no-show when the guest does not arrive for the confirmed
reservation and has not cancelled or made alternative arrangements with Rouans.
Any no-show charge will be determined by the conditions applicable to the selected rate.
Early Departure
Leaving before the confirmed check-out date does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund
for unused nights.
Any refund or charge relating to early departure will be determined by the applicable rate
conditions and applicable law.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, eligibility will be determined by the conditions applicable to the
reservation.
Refund handling may depend on the payment method and booking channel used for the
reservation.
No fixed refund-processing timeframe is promised by Rouans under this policy.
Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through an OTA, travel agent or other third-party booking platform may also
be governed by the cancellation, modification and refund conditions presented by that provider.
